Can you take Karbis for heart failure if I have kidney failure?

Is carbis 32 mg - is an angiotensin cardensen inhibitor. Because these drugs seem to be harmful to kidney failure. And I take it on my heart and I also have insufficiency. Is carbis also harmful? ?

Karbis can be used to treat heart failure in patients with kidney failure. In this case, no adjustment of the starting dose is necessary. Your doctor should adjust your dose individually based on how you respond to treatment. Regular monitoring of renal function, including periodic tests and monitoring of potassium and creatinine levels, is recommended during therapy.

The use of this medicinal product in patients with very severe or end-stage renal disease (creatinine clearance <15 ml/min) is usually not recommended.
