Naclofen (diclofenac) is usually given daily for a set period of time, as directed by your doctor. Irregular use (e.g. every other day) can reduce the effectiveness of therapy.

Symptoms such as muscle pain, dizziness, and weakness can be both a side effect of medication and a discontinuation of medication or another health problem. It is difficult to assess this without knowing your medical records. I encourage you to consult your doctor immediately to assess your health condition and adjust your therapy.
