Breast pain, breast tenderness may be among the side effects of Duphaston. If you experience chest pain that reaches your shoulder or neck, you should consult your doctor urgently. Severe pain may indicate the occurrence of a heart attack. Bleeding usually occurs 2-7 days after the end of treatment.
