Carbamazepine is only used in pregnancy if the benefits outweigh the risks, as it can increase the risk of birth defects, especially during the first trimester. The dose of 200 mg is relatively low, which reduces the risk, but regular consultation with a doctor and additional folic acid supplementation in high doses is necessary.

However, I have not found the drug "Chloramphenitsyn" in the list of medicinal products registered in Poland. I will ask you to clarify your question and provide the correct name of the drug or active substance.
