Has anyone had experience with swapping Ryeqo for Linzagolix 200mg without the addition of an ABT agonist for the treatment of uterine fibroids?

Hello, does anyone have experience with switching from Ryeqo to Linzagolix 200 mg without ABT for fibroid disease?

Best thanks

Hello, I have been taking Yselty 200mg for three months for the fibroid problem, so very heavy menstruation that never ended, and after the first times with stomach pains then it disappeared and from a check-up the fibroids have reduced a lot.
However, being a new drug, there is no important feedback for now and for this reason I am worried about the future ... I have to hire him for 6 months then let's see.. I hope to go through menopause considering that I am 52 years old ...

Hello. I used relugolix for about 1 month and a half but I had to stop because it gave me my agitation and high blood pressure. Since yesterday I have started linzagolix or yselti without Abt. Let's hope it doesn't give me side effects.

Hello, I took ryequo for about 2 months but I had blood pressure changes and so I stopped it. In a few days I will start linzaholix and let's hope for the best.

Hello
I have been taking Yselty since the beginning of February because of a 7cm broken fibroid. I am currently taking the 200mg with an addback therapy. I have hot flashes every day. However... and that's the best part: my fibroid has shrunk to 2.57 cm.

Switching medications such as Ryeqo to Linzagolix is a process that should be carried out under the strict supervision of a doctor. Linzagolix, as a novel GnRH receptor antagonist, has shown promising results in relieving endometriosis symptoms and may be effective in reducing pain and bleeding associated with uterine fibroids.

It is crucial that patients are monitored for side effects and response to treatment, especially since Linzagolix can affect bone mineral density. It is also worth noting that the decision to change therapy should take into account the individual needs of the patient and previous experience with treatment.
