Information contained in the summary of product characteristics:
"The use of naproxen, as well as other drugs known to inhibit cyclooxygenase/prostaglandin synthesis, may impair fertility and is not recommended in women who plan to become pregnant. For women who have difficulty conceiving or are being tested for infertility, discontinuation of naproxen should be considered."
Discuss with your doctor the possibility of using a different painkiller depending on your needs and situation. Perhaps you should first carry out the treatment and only after its completion try to have a baby. Ibuprofen (e.g. Ibuprom, Nurofen - available without a prescription) seems to be a drug belonging to the same group (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - NSAIDs) with a slightly lower risk.
Information about Ibuprom:
"There is evidence that drugs that inhibit cyclooxygenase (prostaglandin synthesis) can cause fertility disorders in women by affecting ovulation. This effect is transient and resolves after treatment."
The use of NSAIDs, especially at the beginning of pregnancy, may be contraindicated due to their effect on foetal development. A safer analgesic and antipyretic (but not anti-inflammatory) drug is Paracetamol.
