What should I do if I forgot to take Letrox?

I am 3 years after thyroid surgery, papillary cancer, multifoci. I'm taking letrox 100.Today in the morning I happened to take my first pill for hypertension on an empty stomach and I forgot about letroxe. Can you take the pill later or just skip the dose and take it normally the next day.
