When I started taking milgamma injections, I can't normalize my blood pressure, although I've been taking medication to lower my blood pressure for a long time, now they don't help me, as long as it stays in my blood to get back to a normal lifestyle. Best regards

If you have noticed that hypertension medications do not work in an appropriate way for you, you should report this fact to your doctor, who will adjust the therapy based on his knowledge of your disease, if necessary.
The adverse effects of the drug have so far not included an increase or decrease in blood pressure after the use of the preparation. However, if you have experienced such an effect, I encourage you to report it to your doctor. We write about why it is worth reporting adverse drug reactions here:

Milgamma therapy is used to quickly achieve high levels of B vitamins in the blood. After taking the drug, a higher concentration of these vitamins than before will remain in the body for a longer time. Unfortunately, I do not know what medications for hypertension you use, so I cannot comment on their potential interactions.
Available research suggests that a higher intake of vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid may help lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients.
