Hello, I have been using Dymista since September 3 as recommended in the morning and in the evening one dose each, for 2 weeks I have been taking only one dose in the morning. Is it possible that I have trouble breathing after all this time? It's hard for me to breathe, I couldn't fall asleep because I was afraid that I would suffocate, it's hard for me to eat anything and my heart sometimes beats very fast and loud and sometimes I have the impression that it doesn't beat

Smoky is an intranasal aerosol containing an anti-allergic substance (azelastine) and a gicocorticoid (fluticasone). The product is used to alleviate the symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis of moderate to severe intensity. The drug is intended for long-term use.
While taking Dymista, nasal irritation, cough or dry throat may occur. These symptoms can affect your breathing comfort. No heart problems have been reported with the use of Dymista.
The symptoms you describe are an indication to consult a doctor, who will assess whether they are the result of using Dymista, reducing the dose of the drug or whether they have any other cause.
Through Gdziepolek, it is possible to take advantage of teleconsultations:

Hi.
Behme for 1 week Dymista. Tychadrie without end. I put the stuff down immediately.
I also had the condition as you described. I took this spray for about a week. After the first use, I already had side effects. What I remember were problems in breathing, swallowing, tachycardia. I had to call an ambulance after a week, when I got even worse, even chest pain, After three months, dry mouth, weakness, rapid fatigue. Symptoms similar to reflux. Some fungi under the tongue, but the results of fungal tests are negative.
I'm shocked that there are doctors who prescribe such drugs in one phone visit!
Hello cazrna and greetings to the doctor.
I also use the dymista and I accuse the exact same things as you:
Tachycardia and after a while I have the feeling that I no longer have a heartbeat, bradycardia.
It always happens to me, every time I hire the dymist.
