Whether Prostamol Can Uno cause fermentative gut dysbiosis?

Good evening, has anyone reported fermentative intestinal dysbiosis (with abdominal tension) associated or not with mild pancreatic insufficiency after prolonged use (6 months) of Prostamol?

The most commonly reported side effects of Prostamol Uno are nausea, abdominal pain and stomach discomfort.
