Mysimba should not be used in people with known pituitary microadenoma.
Pituitary adenoma belongs to the group of intracranial neoplasms, and one of the contraindications to the use of Mysimba is a "cancerous tumor in the central nervous system".
After consulting your doctor, you should choose another way to treat obesity.
