Lenzetto is a preparation used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in postmenopausal women, containing estrogen in the form of a transdermal spray. Each dose of Lenzetto contains 1.53 mg of estradiol. As recommended, one dose per day is initially used, and if necessary, you can increase to two doses per day, which means that the maximum dose is three doses per day.
A dosage that is 2 doses is not considered a high concentration – it is a standard dose tailored to relieve menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes or mood swings. Your doctor will adjust your dose on a case-by-case basis, depending on the results of your hormonal tests and the severity of your symptoms, so if you're in doubt, it's a good idea to consult again to discuss your concerns.
