Do I need to take Nootropil (1.2 ml at a time) with water? Does it cause weight gain at this dose? Can it be used with Cynarizine, Polvertic, and Escitalopram and Ketrel?

Good morning. I am supposed to consume nootropil liquid – 2 times a day – a total of 2.4 g – i.e. 1.2 ml at one time. However, there is no information anywhere whether this tiny amount of liquid should be washed down with water or not?
Is it possible to gain a lot of weight at such a dose and can you use cynarizine and polvertić at the same time? I also take escitalopram and ketrel on an ad hoc basis.

Nootropil (piracetam) can be taken with water, which can facilitate its absorption, but there are no clear recommendations on this issue. Nootropil (piracetam) is not known to cause weight gain as a typical side effect. Most people do not experience weight gain when using it.

However, the combination of drugs mentioned in the question should be used under medical supervision and you should observe your body's reactions. The use of Cinnarizin may inhibit the effect of Polvertic. During the concomitant use of Escitalopram, Ketrel and Cinnarizinum, the following symptoms may occur and intensify: excessive sedation, drowsiness, dizziness, concentration disorders, difficulty performing the intended movements. In the case of such a combination, driving and performing other activities that require increased psychomotor activity should also be avoided.
