I stopped Primolut-Nor 4 days earlier and I got bleeding - what next?

Under the gynecologist's prescription I took primolut/Nor , to transport my period I stopped the treatment 4 days before the period for severe headaches , so I wanted to know the period that has arrived now and my period? Or is it that of the tablet? It must be said that I suffer a lot from pain and this time I don't know if it's the tablet I didn't feel anything!!

Within a few days after taking the last pill of Primolut-Nor, withdrawal bleeding occurs, caused by the withdrawal of hormones. Please see your gynaecologist to determine further treatment.
