Tadalafil is intended to treat erectile dysfunction - if the patient does not have problems with potency, then he should not use this drug.

Tagged in the question, Tadalafil allows you to get or maintain a penile erection. I do not find any information that the drug causes greater pleasure during intercourse or masturbation.
