I have to take half a pill Lamitrin - Is it possible?

Hello, I have to start reducing the dose of lamitrin I am supposed to take 75mg in the evening, and due to the fact that lamitrin 50mg and 25mg is not reimbursed, the doctor prescribed lamitrin s in the dose of 25mg and 100mg. Lamitrin's 100mg I have to take half of the tablets, apparently you can't split these pills and recommended to take them whole what if the two parts don't split equally and the dose gets different? Can I just take 3 tablets of 25mg?
