Is it normal that when using Mounjaro is there belching that leads to vomiting?

Does anyone also have this nausea when taking Mounjaro 5mg, this burping, which then leads to vomiting!? 1x /week unfortunately I feel like this... begins in the early evening and goes into the night, associated with severe diarrhea. What else can I do about it?

To be honest, the first week I had nothing, the second week I felt so bad that I thought I had food poisoning, I don't take the injection anymore, it's not worth it to me, I'm trying to lose weight without an injection.

I'm taking the same medication. I also have these side effects. I always take travel tablets for nausea and vomiting, tablets for diarrhea and permanent pantoprazole for 3 days against belching, after injections.

I feel the same way.
I started on 01.08. with 5mg. 4 days nothing, then severe diarrhea and belching but without vomiting. I took a table for diarrhea today and wait for it to get better. Banana didn't help

Nausea and diarrhoea are a very common side effect with Mounjaro. These may affect more than 1 in 10 people.

These side effects are most common when you first start taking tirzepatide, but in most patients they disappear over time.

Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
We write about why adverse drug reactions should be reported here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane

If it is not possible to consult your doctor, here you can use the teleconsultation, which takes place in Polish: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
