Does fluoxetine make you gain weight?

I had been taking Paroxetine before and unfortunately I gained weight.
I have had fluoxetine 40 for a week now, is there a chance not to gain weight on this drug?

No adverse reaction of weight gain has been reported with fluoxetine. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, weight loss has been reported frequently (may affect less than 1 in 10 patients but more than 1 in 100) while taking fluoxetine.
