Can I take Ryeqo If I had thrombosis 2 years ago?

I was prescribed Ryeqo yesterday. Had an eye thrombosis 2 years ago. The package insert warns against this. Can't reach the doctor for the weekend. Can I take the tablets?

If you have a history of venous thromboembolism or have a history (e.g. deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism) and Ryeqo is a contraindication.
Before starting treatment, it is worth consulting your doctor again.
