Hello, the last question on this topic was 3 years ago so maybe something has changed or someone already has some experience. Is it possible to perform an MRI with a levosert insert. I know it's made of artificial material, but I'd rather ask someone experienced.

To @Kasia:
Threads dyed with copper phthalocyanine will also not react with the magnetic field.
Thank you for your reply 🙂, and can threads made of polypropylene, dyed with copper phthalocyanine, react with a magnetic field?

The Levosert IUD is made of polyethylene, not metal, so there are no contraindications to MRI scans in patients wearing the IUD. It has no effect on the course and results of the study.
I'm attaching a leaflet of the insert, which contains information about its composition: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/43342/levosert-przyrzad/ulotka
