No, treatment with Gynoflor should not cause bleeding from hemorrhoids. Gynoflorem is a medication used to treat genital tract infections in women and has no direct effect on hemorrhoids.

Rectal bleeding is one of the most common symptoms of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are enlarged and irritated varicose veins in the anus that can bleed, especially during defecation. The cause of bleeding is damage to the delicate mucous membrane by raised hemorrhoids.

The main causes of bleeding from hemorrhoids are: exertion during bowel movements, constipation, pregnancy, obesity, a diet low in fiber, etc. However, rectal bleeding can also signal more serious conditions, such as colorectal cancer. Therefore, it is important that any rectal bleeding, even a small one, is examined by a doctor to determine the cause and implement appropriate treatment.

If you have rectal bleeding, you should consult your GP or proctologist, who may order further tests such as a colonoscopy. Treatment for hemorrhoids depends on the severity of the symptoms and may include dietary changes, topical medications, surgery, or other methods.

If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
