The symptoms described, such as abdominal pain, nausea, palpitations and chills, may be side effects of Rizmoic (naldemedyne).
If your symptoms are severe and persist, contact your doctor as you may need to stop taking the medication or switch to another preparation. In addition, it is worth checking whether you are taking the medication as recommended. Avoid increasing the dose yourself and do not delay medical consultation.
Hello, I have been taking Rizmoic 200 for 3 days, unfortunately no results but violent abdominal pain, nausea, palpitations, chills .... What to do?

Clinical studies have shown that bowel movements after administration of naldemedin (the active ingredient in Rizmoic) can be expected quickly, with half of patients occurring within the first 4 hours of administration. In 2/3 of the patients, a bowel movement occurred within 24 hours.
