We received the following information from the manufacturer (April 9): Spamilan 5 mg is expected to be available in wholesalers this week. 10 mg drug - at the moment the supplies are exhausted, but another delivery is expected later this month.

Currently, Spamilan 5 mg is available in pharmacies. Pharmacies are still waiting for the delivery of the 10 mg drug.
