Lorafen is a prescription drug, so its dosage should be chosen by your doctor.
For the treatment of anxiety disorders, the usual dose is usually given 2-3 mg of lorazepam (the active ingredient in Lorafen) per day in 2 or 3 divided doses, and if necessary, the dose may be increased to 6 mg per day in 2 or 3 divided doses. It is recommended to use the lowest possible effective doses.
