No, it is not recommended to take Tadalafil in patients with aortic ectasia.

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. However, taking Tadalafil is contraindicated in patients with certain cardiovascular conditions, including aortic ectasia, as it can exacerbate problems associated with aortic dilatation.
