Yes, you can supplement hyaluronic acid with vitamin C during treatment with escitalopram (the active ingredient in Escipram).
Vitamin C - even in high doses up to 1 g per day does not affect the effectiveness of Escipram; hyaluronic acid also does not interact clinically with Escipram.
