Recently, my partner and I had a closer relationship. I was lying in my underwear while my partner rubbed his member against my buttocks. There was no, nor did there ejaculate, there was only clear liquid. I had fertile days. Is there a chance for sperm from the precum to pass through the underwear?

In this scenario, there is a small risk of pregnancy.
Since there has been no ejaculation, the amount of potential sperm is very small compared to normal intercourse. Pre-ejaculatory fluid (precum) may contain a small amount of sperm, but there are usually not enough sperm to lead to fertilization. For fertilization to occur, sperm would have to pass through the underwear and reach the fallopian tube. This is unlikely.
