From what I have been able to determine, more centers are currently using Ajovy.
There's a problem with aimovig... Anxiety is inaccessible even to patients in migraine therapy...

I contacted one of the centers that provide antibody therapy - the drugs Aimovig and Ajovy.
Reimbursed Aimovig or Ajovy therapy is available to patients who are qualified for the drug program.
The absolute criteria are: insufficient effectiveness of treatment with a preparation based on depakine, amitriptyline or topiramate.
Before administering antibodies, at least 3 "injections" of botulinum toxin are made (recommendations of the Ministry of Health) - if after 3 administrations there is no improvement of approx. 50%, only then the patient is qualified for the program.
It is also possible to use Aimovig or Ajova commercially - the price of a monthly treatment is about 1300-1500 PLN.
