In theory, taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. Ibuprom) with Neoparin increases the risk of bleeding (primarily from the gastrointestinal tract), but in practice these drugs are quite commonly combined. As long as the patient is not at increased risk of bleeding (e.g. stomach ulcer), ibuprofen (the active ingredient in Ibuprom) in combination with Neoparin is allowed.
