Please answer me if I can use the painkiller bunondlo 2mg with the drug simla, i.e. lamotrigine, I have the drug from a psychiatrist and bunondole from a neurosurgeon for problems and severe pain with the spine, because I don't know if the drugs have any reaction or not, and I have an appointment in 2 months, I have no way to find out, thank you in advance.

The summary of product characteristics does not indicate a risk of metabolic interactions, but this combination may result in an increase in adverse reactions such as somnolence, headache and dizziness, therefore caution should be exercised when concomitant treatment with these preparations. As usual in such a situation, it is advisable to take the medication at a different time of the day to minimize the risk of disorders.
