When should I apply a new Evra patch if I haven't applied it in week 3?
9.99 zł

Good morning
I started using Evra patches. Monday was the day of my menstruation and that's when, according to the leaflet, I applied the first patch. A week later I had a second one, but during that week the patch came off and I applied a new one. I should have the third patch in the third week, but I didn't have access to the patches on Monday. Withdrawal bleeding occurred. I'd like to continue taking the patches, but I'm not sure when I should apply a new patch now

In this situation, you can apply a new patch (1 patch per cycle) on any day, but you will need to use an additional non-hormonal method of contraception (e.g. a condom) during the first 7 days as your contraceptive protection may be weakened.
