Nystatin (the active substance in Nystapol) is a substance used mainly to treat fungal infections of the skin, mucous membranes and digestive system, such as candidiasis. There is no direct evidence that nystatin has an effect on blood glucose levels. Therefore, you should not be afraid that the use of the drug will falsify the test result.
