1) Is Brintellix and Cloranxen a safe combination of medications?

2) Can I stop taking Preato right away and start taking a new medication?

As far as dosage is concerned, please follow the information given to you by your doctor. If, for some reason, you do not have a dosage schedule, please follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

As for discontinuation of Preato, it is recommended to gradually discontinue it under the supervision of a doctor for at least 1 week. Please remember that antidepressants work 3-6 weeks after starting the full dose, and changing medications too often can lead to the so-called "drug resistance" (i.e. any preparations stop working).

3) Can I take Cloranxen for a day?

Cloranxen (Clonazepam) is a benzodiazepine medication primarily used to relieve symptoms of anxiety and sleep disorders. It is not recommended for use due to the possibility of concentration problems, drowsiness and amnesia. For this reason, you should also avoid driving and other activities that require increased psychomotor activity.

The decision as to whether you should take Cloranxen per day, and the appropriate dose and frequency of intake, should be made by your doctor based on your medical condition.
