Lower abdominal pain may indicate that menstruation is approaching, but it is not a symptom of pregnancy.
I have irregular periods, sometimes 27/28/29/30 days differently each month, but each intercourse was protected, a condom and a condom was checked, the only symptoms I have are pain in the lower abdomen, ovaries, nothing more
