According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, changes in the bleeding profile, e.g. spotting, irregular bleeding or amenorrhea are side effects of Zafrilla. These are more common during the first months after starting treatment and disappear with continued treatment.
However, any bleeding disorders should be consulted with a gynaecologist while taking Zafrilla. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
