Shouldn't Ircolon, Furaginum, Raenom, Moklar, Lamilept, Aripiprazole and Trittico CR be combined?

I take a lot of medications, I think. Ircolon 100mg 2x3 times a day, temporarily furaginum 4 times a day 100mg raenom 2x5mg moklar 150mg 1-0-2 daily, lamilept 100mg 2-0-1, aripiprazole 15mg 1-0-1 and trittico 75mg 0-0-1 my question is. Shouldn't any of these drugs be combined? I would like to add that I am 16 years old

It is best to spread the use of the preparations over time so as not to overload the liver by metabolizing drugs at the same time.

There are some interactions between the medicinal substances in the question. However, due to their nature and severity, these interactions are generally not a contraindication to the concomitant use of these drugs. The number and severity of adverse reactions depends on the patient's individual sensitivity, dose and combination of drugs.

Keep in mind that the more medications you take, the greater the risk of adverse interactions. Taking two medications at the same time poses a risk of adverse interactions of 13-14 percent. If a patient takes 8 to 10 medications at the same time, it is almost certain that there will be interactions between them and that there will be interactions that negatively affect the patient's health.

Parallel use of Trittico CR and reversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors (here: Moklar) may lead to the summation of their serotonergic effects. Caution should be exercised and the patient should be monitored for severity of serotonergic adverse reactions. Serotonin syndrome is manifested by, m.in, confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which include:

- Vegetative disorders, i.e. increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis.

- Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion.

- Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tension.

Therefore, if you notice these types of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on your next course of action.

Caution should also be exercised when using Raenom and Trittico CR. The use of both drugs at the same time may cause serious cardiac arrhythmias. Inform your doctor about any worrying symptoms. If you experience pain in the area of the heart, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, fainting, you need to see a doctor.

If you are concerned about this situation, it is always a good idea to consult a doctor who can give you more personalized advice. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:
