Spotting instead of bleeding may be one of the side effects of Duphaston. Spotting may also indicate a lack of effectiveness of the therapy, e.g. when the drug is used in the absence of menstruation. I encourage you to consult a doctor who will suggest appropriate therapeutic treatment.
