Can Primolut-Nor and Fluominin be taken together, and can there be side effects?

I am currently taking Primolut N 5mg for 10 days ( am at day 5) as I had a bleeding ( not period). My doctor has now also prescribed me fluomizine vaginal tablets for the night to insert. Yesterday evening I took the first one and since this morning I feel feverish, headache, neck pain, dizziness and extreme sweating.
Should you even take these drugs together and could there be side effects?

Thank you for sharing your case. Remember to always consult your doctor if you experience side effects such as fever, headache, neck pain, dizziness, and excessive sweating.

According to the current medical literature, there should be no interactions between the two preparations that are harmful to health or the effects of drugs. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, headache is one of the common side effects of Primolut-Nor. It affects 1 in 10 patients.

I encourage you to report the symptoms you are experiencing to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse reaction of the preparation. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over the medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
