Hello, why doesn't the clotrimazole vaginal pill help with an infection? It's been a week since I took it and the discharge is cheesy again. What can help if I am in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy?

Perhaps the infection is not fungal but bacterial. Have you consulted a gynaecologist? There are preparations that can be used during pregnancy during an intimate infection, but their application should always be consulted with the attending physician.
