the doctor prescribed me Differin cream for blackheads closed. How will this medicine affect these changes? Fade? Will they turn into open blackheads? ( I noticed it more on the skin )

The drug reduces the lesions that have already formed and prevents the formation of new ones. According to the manufacturer:
"Topical adapalene normalizes the processes of keratinization and differentiation of the epidermis. It probably normalizes the differentiation of the cell epithelium of hair follicles, as a result of which it reduces the formation of blackheads. Adapalene has a stronger anti-inflammatory effect than retinoids.
It inhibits the chemotactic and chemokinetic reaction of polynucleated leukocytes and the peroxidation of arachidonic acid, limiting the formation of appropriate cellular mediators of the inflammatory reaction. As a result, adapalene applied to the skin prevents the formation of blackheads (open and closed) and reduces inflammatory lesions (papules and pustules). "
