I've been taking Elicea for 4 months now. From a month onwards, a dose of 20mg. I've started to feel better, but I've gained a lot of weight and I'm still hungry. I can't handle it. Are there appetite suppressants that are compatible with Elicea? The psychiatrist suggests more exercise. I have three small children, two jobs, a 200m house to take care of, I go to the gym twice a week, I work out on the elliptical every night and on the weekends on the bier and rowing machine. If I add something, I won't get it. Please reply.

I understand that the lifestyle change that your psychiatrist proposes can be challenging, especially in such a busy lifestyle as you lead.
Appetite suppressants such as Saxenda, Mysimba are sometimes used to treat obesity and appetite. However, their use and possible compatibility with Elicea should be discussed with a medical professional.
Remember that mental and physical health are equally important, so it's important to find a solution that works for you.
If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book the medicine at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it after presenting a prescription:

Mysimba: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88259/mysimba-tabletki-o-przedluzonym-uwalnianiu/apteki
Please also remember that pharmacotherapy supports the treatment of neurosis, most often affecting only its symptoms. The proper treatment is psychotherapy, which deals with the causes and is designed to lead the patient to healthy functioning, also without the use of drugs. Treatment of difficulties in the area of psychological functioning only with the use of pharmacological agents carries the risk of intensification of symptoms after discontinuation of medication and in a short time afterwards. If you have not undergone psychotherapy (apart from taking medication), I encourage you to make an appointment for a consultation with an appropriate specialist.
