What dose of Taromentin should I give to my child (23.5 kg) - 2 x 3.5 ml or 2x7 ml?

Good morning
Yesterday the doctor recommended the antibiotic Taromentin for her son, because of the fact that he has been in the sub-lap state for 6 days, he has a cough and a runny nose, everything is fine when I listen to him... She recommended a dose of 7 ml (the child's weight is 23.5 kg). But I don't know how to administer it, is it 🤦 a single dose or 2×3.5 ml or 2 ×7 ml? Somehow I don't quite understand, because it is not marked on the card, and when I read the leaflet, I can't come to an agreement 🤦🤦🤦

Based on the child's weight and the recommended dosage of Taromentin 400 mg + 57 mg, I assume that a dosing of 7 ml twice a day is probably recommended.

However, it is a good idea to check with your doctor and make sure what dosage has been recommended. The dose of an antibiotic depends not only on body weight or age, but also on the type and severity of the infection, the susceptibility of the microorganism causing the infection and the patient's general health. Too little of an antibiotic can be ineffective and contribute to the development of bacterial resistance, while too much can be harmful and cause side effects.
