When does Trittico XR 75 mg start working?
Good morning. I take trittico XR 75 mg for generalized anxiety. I've already taken the 11th dose, but instead of feeling a little better, it seems that the anxiety is more bothersome. Is this a pattern or does the drug not work for me? Is the good yet to come? Thank you for your reply

Trittico XR (trazodone) is an anxiolytic and antidepressant, it starts working after at least 2 weeks, sometimes later, but each person responds to the medication individually.
Some side effects, such as an initial worsening of anxiety, may occur at the beginning of treatment, but should usually subside gradually. This is due to the fact that the drug does not work immediately.
