Zafrilla is a preparation used in the treatment of endometriosis. It is not a contraceptive. Non-hormonal contraceptives should also be used to prevent pregnancy. Initiation and termination of therapy should take place after consultation with a doctor. Your doctor will use your medical history m.in to decide if the medication is right for you.
Changes in the bleeding profile are observed during treatment. Especially in the initial months of treatment, irregular spotting and bleeding may occur. In some patients, bleeding may not occur at all.
