Why two tablets of Dezamigren are so expensive. In the Netherlands, you can buy Sumatriptan at a much lower price, i.e. for 6 tablets 8 euros. The strange thing is that they are so expensive in Poland

Dezamigren contains almotriptan. Medicines containing sumatriptan in Poland also cost less, about PLN 30-40 for 6 tablets:
