I have severe osteopenia - what medications can I take to improve my bones (e.g. phytoestrogens)?

Good morning
I have a lot of osteopenia. Result: -2.0 I've heard that phytoestrogens improve bone health, but I don't know which one to choose. From clover or linseed. Which ones work better on bones? Or are there any over-the-counter medications that you could recommend to me to improve bones?

First of all, it is worth taking advantage of the advice of a specialist in the treatment of osteoporosis and osteopenia, who will analyze the results and (perhaps) order additional tests, e.g. vitamin D3 levels. Treatment of osteopenia includes pharmacology and the implementation of physical activity under the supervision of a physiotherapist (strength exercises that load the musculoskeletal system, performed systematically 3 times a week, help to increase bone strength). Depending on the other test results, you should take certain doses of vitamin D3 and calcium. Your doctor may also recommend prescription medications to limit the progression of the disease.
