Good morning
Is it normal that every month at the time of menstruation I have a headache within 3-4 days. I've been taking Janine for about 1 year. No painkiller helps.

A headache during menstruation, called menstrual migraine, can be caused by hormonal changes. Taking birth control pills like Janine can help relieve discomfort, but it doesn't always eliminate the headache.
If the headache is bothersome and does not respond to pain medication, you should consult your doctor to rule out other causes. It can also be a symptom of another ailment, so it is important to consult a doctor.
Menstrual migraine is one type of migraine that occurs in some women during their menstrual period. Its symptoms include severe headache, nausea, vomiting, as well as hypersensitivity to light and sound. If these ailments significantly hinder your daily functioning, you should consult your doctor to determine the appropriate treatment.
