Whether Ovulan can be the cause of weight gain?

Can ovulan retain water in the body? I've been taking ovulan for 5 months and I've gained 6 kg, is this the effect of ovulan? If I change my tablets to slinde, will I also retain water or will I return to my previous weight?

Weight gain is a common side effect of Ovulan and affects up to 1 in 10 patients. Slinda also often causes weight gain - but it is not possible to predict whether you will experience this side effect.
