Rivaroxaban (contained in Xarelto) is an anticoagulant that is a factor Xa inhibitor. The time it takes for blood parameters to return to normal after discontinuation of rivaroxaban can vary and depends on many factors, such as individual body characteristics, length of drug use, general health of the patient, as well as other medical aspects. There is no rule for this.
