As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:
When Flunarizinum and Samilan are used concomitantly, some patients may experience or worsen the following symptoms: excessive sedation, somnolence, dizziness, impaired concentration, difficulty performing intended movements.
If both medicines are prescribed by the same doctor, please follow his or her instructions. In the case of such a combination, you should also avoid driving or performing other activities that require increased psychomotor activity. If these reactions worsen or you experience any other worrying symptoms, please contact your doctor.
